Finally sleep well…
Almost everyone at one time or another has had trouble sleeping. The problem is that while we can cope with one bad night’s sleep – just about! – when it becomes a regular occurrence, it can have a profound and very depressing effect on our lives.
When those nights of slumber, enveloped in a blanket of happy dreams, which allow us to wake relaxed and refreshed are a distant memory, it can affect our mood, our health, and our daily lives.
There are serious concerns about the impact of untreated insomnia; daytime sleepiness, a weakened immune system, an increased risk of car accidents. People with insomnia also miss work more often, have an elevated risk of depression, and have higher overall rates of illness and poorer health in general.
Hypnotherapy can be a very useful tool in the treatment of insomnia.
