I don’t think there is a woman under the sun who has never fretted about their weight, never wished they were skinnier. Sometimes life gets in the way and causes us to take our eye off the ball – or the scales in this case! – and the weight creeps on almost without us noticing.
Perhaps it’s those last few stubborn baby pounds that just won’t shift. But whatever the reason, and however much you have to lose, I can help.
Hypnotherapy often helps with weight loss simply because it is not about willpower. In fact willpower never works in the long term, simply because you are constantly focusing on food, constantly thinking about what you are – or more likely are not – eating.
With hypnosis we are tapping into the subconscious mind, looking at the relationship with food in order to understand what had influenced your choices in the past, and by tapping into the power of the subconscious we can create new pathways, making better choices.
Weight loss sessions generally last for 5-6 sessions. We’ll sit down and have a confidential chat about your history so we can personalise your session; after all every individual is different. Then, together we will make sure you can get you where you want to go.
